Frequently Asked Questions
A mindset shift is getting to see your world differently. It means stepping out of your worldview or your perception of the world based on your combined experiences from birth until the present. Doing that allows you to experience yourself and the world differently.
The world looks different because you’re different. By experiencing yourself and the world differently, you’ll make different choices, see different opportunities, and see different ways to get there.
Sometimes the first experience of a shift in perspective is the feeling that you’ve been on the wrong track for a long time. You may even feel that you’ve been wasting time weighed down by a perspective that didn’t help you get to where you want in life. That’s a common experience and one that’s temporary. One to one sessions are helpful for being able to deal with those feelings directly. But sometimes, group sessions can be helpful as you see your experience mirrored in others.
No. We (or anyone else for that matter) can shift a mind that doesn’t want to be shifted. The only person that can do that is you.
